Job Description

This position involves working closely with clinical teams, providing administrative support, and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a flexible approach to work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • ">
  • Support the delivery of follow-up stop smoking treatment, support, and advice in line with NCSCT guidance;">
  • Provide administrative support to the trusts tobacco dependence team, including coordination of meetings, teleconferences, training, and interviews;">
  • Ensure effective administration and recording of patient records, assessments, audits, and other assurance and compliance documentation;">
  • Buid strong and proactive relationships with clinical and ward teams, and wider trust colleagues;">

About You
