Optical Practice Regional Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Optical Practice Regional Leader to join our team. As a Regional Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing operational activities and sales strategies across three key locations in the West of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure high standards in service delivery, efficiency, and productivity across all locations.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and increase revenue. Lead the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
