About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth and foster long-term relationships with key clients in the commercial sector. As a Key Accounts Development Professional, you will be instrumental in:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company goals
- Maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships through exceptional service and support
- Working closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration

Key Responsibilities- Pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 22 days holiday, pension scheme, health cash plan, and employee incentives. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and build lasting relationships
- Knowledge of the façade, envelope, or construction industries
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role
