Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at District Enforcement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our products and services to potential and existing clients.

Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of our services and achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client management platforms is essential for this role.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
