Key Account Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at District Enforcement. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our products and services to potential and existing clients.
Company Overview: District Enforcement is an award-winning provider in tackling anti-social behaviour across Britain's parks and open spaces. With a strong focus on customer service, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional results.
Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of our services and achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client management platforms is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in Key Account Management, Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
