Job Description:

We are looking for a Key Account Professional to manage client relationships and drive growth within the telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and overseeing project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations.

The location must be near London, where our team is based. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per year, performance-based bonuses, and career progression opportunities in a growing company.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts in telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare sectors, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Axpe's services (AI, cloud data analytics, ServiceNow) to existing clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring that projects align with client expectations.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management within telecom, banking, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, cloud solutions, data analytics, and ServiceNow.
  • Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
