About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical services to children and young people with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff members
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for children and young people with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to children and young people
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery

Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in clinical psychology
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working with children and young people with complex mental health needs
  • Experience of providing clinical leadership and supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
