In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead to provide strategic oversight in the management and execution of specialized psychological and therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the provision of specialized psychological and therapeutic services
  • Evaluate the needs of children and adolescents
  • Formulate care strategies and implement interventions
  • Guide assistant and trainee psychologists
  • Facilitate educational and training sessions
  • Engage in service enhancement, audits, and research initiatives
Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
  • Specialized training in areas pertinent to children and adolescents with Gender Diversity
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and supervision
  • In-depth knowledge of psychological therapies and interventions
  • Exceptional communication and consultation abilities
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
