Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior clinical psychologist to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and line management to Assistant Psychologists and qualified Psychologists/CBT Therapists.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in the operational and clinical running of our staff support service, working with partnership organizations to implement best practice support for healthcare staff.
- Contribute to the development of the educational, training, outreach, and consultation offer for our service.
- Supervise psychological interventions and provide clinical guidance to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare staff, service users, and partner organizations.

Requirements- Postgraduate doctoral level training in clinical or counseling psychology, or equivalent.
- Professional registration with the Health Professions Council (HPC), if applicable.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across various care settings.
- Experience of supervising psychological interventions and providing clinical guidance to team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
