Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical programs that align with our service goals and objectives.
- Provide high-quality clinical services to patients and their families, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Supervise and train junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective clinical services.
- Contribute to the development of our service through participation in quality improvement initiatives and the development of new programs and services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in clinical psychology and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Proven experience in clinical psychology, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Strong background in evidence-based interventions and clinical program development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals and objectives.
