About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Route Reports. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes and derive maximum value from our products.

Key responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, guiding new customers through the onboarding process, and collecting and analyzing customer feedback for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  1. Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with our clients, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term collaboration.
  2. Onboarding and Training: Provide comprehensive training and support to new customers, ensuring they receive the necessary resources to effectively utilize our technology.
  3. Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback, communicating insights to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
  4. Account Management: Track customer engagement and success metrics, creating reports to demonstrate product impact and steer future strategy.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. You'll need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and customer insights to drive improvements and generate solutions.

We value candidates with experience in enterprise or government industries, as well as those with a background in engineering.
