We are a talented team of 60, working at the cutting edge of computer vision and deep learning, backed by top investors and industry leaders. We have big plans ahead and are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our GTM team.
The Role
As part of Encord's continued growth, we need an experienced Customer Success Manager to work with our largest and most complex customers. You will help them successfully embed Encord into their AI applications.
Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Engineering teams, you will report directly to the co-founders. The ideal candidate has a track record of making customers successful with complex technology and consistently overachieving on Gross and Net Revenue Retention targets.
About You
You have extensive customer-facing experience, especially with Enterprise customers. You have a track record of successful internal collaboration and strengthening existing customer relationships.
