Customer Success Business Developer

Law Business Research is a leading provider of intelligence, news, analytics, and tools to the Legal (Private Practice, In-House), GRC, IP, and Arbitration markets.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Success Business Developer to join our Practice Intelligence GTM division. This role will focus on driving customer satisfaction and engagement from our Lexology PRO client base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop customer relationships that promote retention, improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to drive customer adoption and demonstrate value.
- Work with Account Managers and Business Development Teams to improve renewal rates by volume and value.
- Onboard new clients and gain an understanding of each customer's business objectives and expectations of the product.
- Deliver memorable training sessions to clients and provide demo assistance to the sales and account management team.
- Achieve all identified customer touch points and manage delivery of client usage reporting and review metrics.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and driven individual with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to plan and prioritize workload.
- Highly organized and adaptable to emerging priorities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
