Senior Business Partner for Customer Success

To ensure our customers' continued success, we need a Senior Business Partner for Customer Success who will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mentality, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders. This role requires adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with our customers.
This position involves working closely with our Partners and Professional Services team to ensure successful implementation, user adoption, and ongoing health of our customers' Anaplan solutions. The Business Partner will also identify opportunities to grow the Anaplan footprint at existing customer accounts and connect them to other areas of Anaplan as needed.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can prioritize daily and weekly tasks effectively. The candidate should have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to translate technical information into actionable insights. If you have experience with planning and modeling, forecasting, and financial services, it would be a plus.
