Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Training Manager to lead the UK and Ireland induction and training for Dave's Hot Chicken. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's culture and standards are embedded into every new starter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Lead to translate US brand manuals to UK versions.
  • Design and deliver engaging training videos to replicate the US approach.
  • Manage training locations and administration, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Ensure dress code standards are maintained across all locations.
  • Facilitate the complaints process and Mystery Guest program.
  • Assist with recruitment and HR elements, including onboarding and training new employees.
  • Work shifts in the first restaurants for on-the-job training and as required to meet demand.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in restaurant operations, with a proven track record of training and development.
  • Experience creating engaging training videos and materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for training and development, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
