Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our team at G4S Business Unit: US Youth Services. As a Training Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, ultimately improving individual and contract performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify organizational and individual training needs through collaboration with line managers, surveys, and performance reviews.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements to identify skills gaps and opportunities for development.
  • Design and develop training programs aligned with identified needs, learning objectives, and budget constraints.
  • Prepare training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to suit different learning styles and preferences.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, assessments, and data analysis.
  • Implement improvements based on evaluation findings to enhance future training initiatives.
  • Secure funding for training programs from relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with relevant legislation and organizational policies.
  • Prepare reports on training activities, progress, and outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in training and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's overall learning and development strategy.
