About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our People and Development team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing, nurturing, and achieving great career growth for our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver in-house training and development programs in partnership with Hotel Managers, Heads of departments, and Senior leadership/management.
  • Assess training needs and analyze for individuals, teams, and departments, working in line with legislation, SOPs, brand, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance operational and skills development, ensuring a proactive approach to talent development across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager and Head of People and Development to lead on the design and delivery of training programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a Learning & Development role.
  • Familiarity with the full training cycle.
  • Proven experience gained in training at a 3 to 5 star hotel.
