Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Database Management Specialist to join our team at F45 Training. As a key member of our studio management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our database management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Set up new direct debit memberships accurately and efficiently
* Set up upfront memberships accurately and efficiently
* Create accounts correctly for all parts of the sales funnel where necessary
* Sort timetables and coordinate changes with Studio Managers based on studio requirements
* Update ongoing adjustments to timetables throughout each programming phase
* Process refunds when requested by Studio Managers and signed off by MD or PL

Data Insight Management:

* Process weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to MD and PL in an organized and transparent fashion
* Pull lists of members, revenues, and visit reports from Mindbody

Requirements:

* Experience working on Mindbody (preferable)
* Experience working on Loyalsnap (preferable)
* Experience working with a CRM system
* Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of all process and tasks set
* Experience delivering in areas of administrative management
* Ability to work across several studios (between 5+10) in an organized and efficient manner
* Organized and methodical
* Proactive in the presence of daily problems and difficult situations
* Team player
