F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in high-intensity group workouts. With over 1,750 studios in 45 countries and over half a million members worldwide, F45 is the fastest-growing fitness franchise in the world.
Job Details- Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum.
- Incentive/Commission: Yes.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week (minimum), including a minimum of 12 hours of coaching.
- Leave: 28 days per annum, including Bank Holidays.
The Studio Manager is responsible for the growth and operations of their studio and team. Key responsibilities include:
Studio Growth and Retention- Drive membership sales and meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure membership growth and retention.
- Engage the local community to drive awareness and studio launch.
- Manage Mindbody and Loyalsnap.
- Manage daily studio operations, including expenses and payroll budgets.
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio.
- Maintain serviceability of training equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
- Execute community calendar promotions and events.
- Develop and execute F45 8/6 week Challenge plans.
- Ensure compliance with F45/FS8 business policies and standards.
- Assist with special projects, events, and promotions as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior.
- Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers and staff.
- Track and ensure accuracy of all mandatory education certifications/training for trainers.
- Train and manage staff by prescribed BBG methods.
- Develop a high-energy culture through purpose-driven and incentive-based motivation.
- Plan and coordinate shift schedules and ensure smooth running of daily class schedules.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the team based on studio performance.
- Level 3 PT Qualifications.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
- 2+ years of proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitness industry.
- 3+ years of management experience, including staff management.
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of business processes and functions.
- Outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and written skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs and MindBody.
- Extra one day leave for personal birthday.
