  • Database Management: Set up new direct debit memberships accurately and efficiently, create accounts correctly for all parts of the sales funnel, and process refunds when requested by Studio Managers.
  • Data Insight Management: Process weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to MD and PL in an organized and transparent fashion, and pull lists of members, revenues, and visit reports from Mindbody.
Requirements
  • Experience of working on Mindbody and Loyalsnap
  • Experience of working with a CRM system
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of all process and tasks set for you
  • Organized and methodical approach to work
  • Proactive in the presence of daily problems and difficult situations
  • Team player with ability to work across several studios
