As the Studio Operations Manager at F45 Millharbour, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our studio by overseeing its processes and mentoring your team.
In your capacity as the sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive lead generation and marketing strategy aimed at enhancing membership sales while promoting the numerous health and wellness advantages of an active lifestyle.
The Studio Operations Manager is not only a mentor but also a brand ambassador and a proven leader.
Your financial and professional success will be closely tied to the studio's performance metrics.
At F45 Training, our mission is to create the ultimate workout experience. This endeavor transcends merely offering exceptional fitness; it is about fostering a strong community and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initial and ongoing sales initiatives, including pre-sale events, studio events, and community outreach to ensure membership acquisition and retention.
- Develop an annual marketing plan encompassing social media, digital/print marketing, and community events.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics (KPIs).
- Manage studio operating expenses and payroll budgets effectively.
- Conduct world-class training sessions (minimum of 12 hours per week).
Community Engagement:
Execute community calendar promotions and events to enhance local engagement.
Brand Integrity:
Ensure compliance with F45 business policies and standards, assist with special projects, events, and promotions as required, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the brand while modeling behavior that aligns with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of all mandatory education certifications and training for all trainers, and oversee the training and management of staff in accordance with F45 policies and methodologies.
Coordinate shift schedules to ensure the smooth operation of a fully staffed daily class schedule and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the team.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 Personal Training Qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including comprehensive oversight of staff management functions such as hiring, training, supporting, and performance management.
Job Types:

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
