Job Title: Training Manager

At Parent Bim's Restaurants LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our employees. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring employee training and development programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Training Programs: Design, develop, and manage comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the company's strategic objectives.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct skills gap analysis and assess the current and future training requirements across departments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Curriculum Design: Create effective learning modules, courses, and materials using a variety of methods, including workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  • Facilitate Training: Lead and facilitate internal training sessions or coordinate external trainers and vendors to deliver specialized content.
  • Monitor and Evaluate: Track the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Employee Development: Work closely with HR and department heads to provide coaching, mentoring, and individual development plans to support employee growth and success.
  • Compliance and Certification: Ensure all mandatory training programs meet regulatory standards and are delivered on time.
  • Budget Management: Manage the training budget, allocating resources efficiently and tracking costs to ensure effective use of company resources.
  • Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest training trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the organization's training capabilities.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external training providers to ensure high-quality training programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role is essential.
  • Instructional Design: Excellent knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles is required.
  • E-Learning: Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices is necessary.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management and budgeting is required.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Ability to assess training needs and design effective programs is essential.
  • Performance Management: Knowledge of performance management and employee development strategies is necessary.
