About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to join our People and Development team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver in-house training and development programs in partnership with Hotel Managers, Heads of departments, and Senior leadership/management.
  • Assess training needs and analyze data to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Work with the Learning and Development Manager and Head of People and Development to lead on the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training gaps and develop solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Learning and Development role.
  • Familiarity with the full training cycle.
  • Proven experience in training at a 3 to 5 star hotel.
