Key Responsibilities


• Answering and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant department and taking messages.
• Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome to our offices.
• Managing and maintaining accurate records on our computer and filing systems.
• Organizing travel arrangements and booking hotel rooms for employees as needed.
• Processing and collating time sheets on Sage HR.
• Reviewing and checking invoices and statements on SAGE.
• Retrieving proof of delivery documents from online portals and sending them to customers via email.
• Handling and distributing post and mail to the correct recipients.
• Providing administrative support and organizing refreshments as required.

• Punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines and commitments.
