Job Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. As a Scheduler and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a busy office environment, including booking jobs with engineers, answering calls, checking emails, and entering data on company databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing databases
- Booking jobs with engineers and ensuring timely completion
- Liaising with customers to meet service levels and resolve any issues
- Assisting with general office tasks, including data entry and document management
Requirements:
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
