As a Scheduler and Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in a busy office environment, including booking jobs with engineers, answering calls, checking emails, and entering data on company databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing databases
  • Booking jobs with engineers and ensuring timely completion
  • Liaising with customers to meet service levels and resolve any issues
  • Assisting with general office tasks, including data entry and document management

Requirements:

  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
