Job Title: Administrative Support Officer
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the admin team based at Blackburn Magistrates Court, with the possibility of covering Burnley Magistrates Court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings
- Creating and updating records, including collecting information
- Data input, communicating with the Judiciary and other court staff
- Handling face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries from court users
- CVP preparation and hosting
Requirements:
- Able to follow well-established processes and detailed instructions
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
