We are looking for a highly motivated individual with prior experience in administration, receptionist or PA work to join our team of support staff based in our Blackburn office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and career in a well-established national business.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administration and secretarial support to senior management, including diary management and scheduling
- Arranging and participating in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
- Dealing with phone enquiries and forwarding relevant communications to individuals
- Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
Requirements
- Any amount of prior experience in administration, secretarial, or receptionist work
- Sound typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
