About the Role
SEL Environmental is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant department and taking messages.
- Greeting guests and providing a warm welcome.
- Photocopying and scanning various documents as required.
- Filing of invoices and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collating incoming credit card receipts and maintaining accurate records.
- Keeping vehicle records up to date on our computer system and filing system.
- Booking hotel accommodations for employees as needed.
- Collating time sheets on Sage HR and ensuring accuracy.
- Checking invoices and statements on SAGE to ensure accuracy.
- Retrieving PODs from an online portal and sending to customers via email.
- Opening and distributing post in a timely manner.
- Organizing refreshments for meetings and events.
- Performing general administrative duties as required.
