About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team at River Island. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth through effective communication and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and customer engagement, including analyzing sales data and making informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and drive key results through implementing strategic actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
  • Coach and develop talent to drive succession and create strong teams.
  • Support the management team and take accountability in their absence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising and store operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with good planning skills.
