Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a world-class experience for all customers
    • Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales techniques
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Operations
    • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentation
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
    • Manage store inventory, including stock levels, replenishment, and disposal
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
    • Manage team performance, including recruitment, training, and disciplinary procedures
    • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance
  • Business Acumen and Decision Making
    • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive sales growth
    • Make informed decisions on stock levels, pricing, and promotions, in line with company policies and procedures
    • Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and customer service excellence
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising, store layout, and inventory management
  • Ability to analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
