About the Role

As a Floor Manager at River Island, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and providing exceptional customer service. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and positive. Your role will involve:

  • Leading a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Managing store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
  • Analyzing sales data and making informed decisions to drive business growth

We're seeking experienced retail professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll need:

  • Previous experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results
