Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Fulwell 73. As the first point of contact for office-related queries and activities, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and friendly exterior for all visitors and maintaining good communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the access control system, including registration of new starters, visitors, and contractors, and creating the correct access rights per individual.
Monitor usage, stock control, and report any technical and security-related issues to the correct team to resolve.
Review out-of-hours activity and report any issues to the Facilities Manager.
Control access doors into the building for daily visitors and deliveries.
Work with evening security operatives to coordinate deliveries or contractors out of core office hours that require approval to access the space.
Additional Responsibilities
Order stationery, monitor stock levels, and ensure office supplies are sourced ethically and within budget requirements.
Conduct daily walk-throughs of all office space to ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained and work closely with cleaning operatives.
Manage office rota schedules for both permanent employees and freelancers to ensure adequate desk space and storage/locker facilities are available.
Manage the general Helpdesk/Admin inbox and redirect and resolve requests effectively.
Collaborate with individual departments on ways to enhance the user experience and test new ways of working.
Manage day-to-day orders for the office to run smoothly and manage the budget lines relating to operational services provided.
Liaise with other offices and support business requirements when required to ensure continuity is maintained in service levels.
Assist the Operations team with organizing company-wide events from onsite socials to offsite celebrations, including our annual Christmas and Summer party.
Perform ad-hoc runner tasks for urgent requests for clients and stock replenishment.
Manage all stock, storage, and deliver a varied assortment of healthy snacks and treats to complete the afternoon snack cart run throughout the office floors.
Requirements
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and other commonly used office packages.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
