About the Role

In this exciting opportunity as an Organisational Development Manager, you will have the chance to make a real impact on our organisation's development. You will be leading a small team and setting out activities to develop best practice, including implementing a new HRiS system and investigating areas of automation throughout the wider business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing job descriptions within the HR function and managing expectations of the HR team
  • Restructuring the HR team to ensure effective reporting lines are established
  • Implementing the new HRiS system and investigating areas of automation

The successful candidate will have:

  • Established HR experience and an understanding of what HR best practice looks like
  • Proven experience in managing HR departments and team management experience
