Organisational Development Manager

We are seeking an Organisational Development Manager to join our People Team, located in Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk.
This exciting opportunity will see you develop and implement people-specific change programmes, promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing approaches.
- Manage risk and ensure that colleagues are supported throughout change programmes.
- Deliver coaching sessions to hiring managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding approaches.
- Design and deliver learning programmes to enhance manager capability.
The ideal candidate will:
Education and Qualifications:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- A minimum Level 5 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD).
Experience:
- Demonstrable HR advisory experience with an employee relations background.
- Supporting people change processes.
- Coaching hiring managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding approaches.
- Designing and delivering learning programmes to enhance manager capability.
- Identifying and implementing pragmatic EDI approaches and/or wellbeing solutions.
- Working in a unionised environment.
- Working in the housing sector.
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Comprehensive knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with impact and proactively build collaborative relationships.
- Ability to challenge decisions and actions appropriately and ensure transparency in communication and decision-making.
- Ability to coach managers, enable the resolution of conflict, and build trust.
- Good presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to use data to convey key messages.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and people systems such as HRIS and ATS.
- Proven problem-solving and situational decision-making ability.

- Minimum Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or ability to attain.
