We are seeking an Organisational Development Manager to join our People Team, located in Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk.

This exciting opportunity will see you develop and implement people-specific change programmes, promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing approaches.

  • Manage risk and ensure that colleagues are supported throughout change programmes.
  • Deliver coaching sessions to hiring managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding approaches.
  • Design and deliver learning programmes to enhance manager capability.

The ideal candidate will:

Education and Qualifications:

  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum Level 5 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD).

Experience:

  • Demonstrable HR advisory experience with an employee relations background.
  • Supporting people change processes.
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding approaches.
  • Designing and delivering learning programmes to enhance manager capability.
  • Identifying and implementing pragmatic EDI approaches and/or wellbeing solutions.
  • Working in a unionised environment.
  • Working in the housing sector.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with impact and proactively build collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to challenge decisions and actions appropriately and ensure transparency in communication and decision-making.
  • Ability to coach managers, enable the resolution of conflict, and build trust.
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to use data to convey key messages.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and people systems such as HRIS and ATS.
  • Proven problem-solving and situational decision-making ability.
