About the Role:
The HR Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including recruiting and selecting top talent, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations issues, and supporting employee development through training programs and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve organisational performance and employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary matters and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
• Provide expert HR advice and support to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
• Support the development of employees through training programs and career progression opportunities, promoting professional growth and succession planning.

Requirements:
• CIPD Level 5 qualification is essential for this role.
• Proven experience as an HR Advisor in the social care sector is required.
