Job Title: Organisational Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Professional to join our team at IRIS Recruitment. The successful candidate will design and deliver learning programmes to enhance manager capability, promote delivery of EDI and wellbeing approaches and build associated capability and confidence in managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver people specific change programmes, managing risk and ensuring that colleagues are supported throughout.
  • Promote delivery of EDI and wellbeing approaches and build associated capability and confidence in managers to ensure these are embedded across policies, procedures and practices to support the creation of culture of inclusion and belonging.
  • Advise leaders and managers on delivery of the organisational performance framework including objective setting, appraisals and regular development conversations.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of commitment to Continued Professional Development (CPD).
  • Demonstrable HR Advisory experience with an employee relations background.
  • Supporting people change processes.
  • Coaching hiring managers on recruitment, selection and onboarding approaches.
  • Designing and delivering learning programmes to enhance manager capability.
  • Identifying and implementing pragmatic EDI approaches and/or wellbeing solutions.
  • Working in a unionised environment.
  • Working in the housing sector.
Estimated Salary:

£42,000 - £52,000 per annum
