About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Youth Development Professional. The successful candidate will work with young people at risk of Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), providing one-on-one and group therapeutic support.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing therapeutic support to young people at risk of CSE
  • Working with individuals identified as medium to high risk of CSE
  • Developing and maintaining a safe and supportive environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child protection and experience working with vulnerable young people. A full clean UK driving license and business insurance are essential requirements for this role.
