Youth Mentorship Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Mentorship Assistant to work with a young adult in the NR9 area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a passion for helping others.
The successful applicant will assist the individual in various aspects of life, including volunteering, accessing local communities, understanding finances, and road safety. As a Youth Mentorship Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help the individual become more confident and self-sufficient.
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience, and creativity. You'll work closely with the individual to develop personalized plans tailored to their needs and goals. The position involves working 8 hours per week, including 4 hours on Thursdays and 4 hours on Friday, Sunday, or alternative Saturday afternoons. A satisfactory DBS check and mandatory training care courses are required. Reimbursed expenses and a competitive hourly rate of £11.68 are also provided.
