Flexible PA Support for Energetic Teenager

We are seeking a flexible Personal Assistant to provide support for our energetic teenage son with learning disabilities. He enjoys activities such as bowling, crafts, and games, and we require someone to accompany him to these sessions on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support and companionship to the teenager during activities at home and in the community
* Assist with daily tasks and routines as needed
* Accompany the individual to bowling, crafts, and games sessions

Requirements:

* Experience working with young people
* Excellent communication skills
* Driving license and own vehicle (advantageous)

Working Arrangements:

* Flexible working hours - approximately 5-6 hours monthly
* Part-time position - ideally suited to those who can commit to regular weekend or school holiday shifts

Salary and Benefits:

The hourly rate for this position is £11.68. Additional benefits include free Careskills training and pro-rata paid leave.

Application Information:

A satisfactory DBS check and completion of a 6-month probationary period are requirements for this role.
