Theatre Practitioner RN

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Theatre Practitioner RN to join our theatre team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the multi-skilled approach to peri-operative care.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for undertaking theatre duties, providing skilled assistance in anaesthetic and surgical roles. You will also be accountable for enhanced skills specific to the clinical area and assess, monitor, and evaluate peri-operative patient care needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Registered Nurse qualification on the NMC Register, complete the Mentorship preparation programme within two years of registration, and achievement of indicators in KSF outline.

Working Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
