We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Norwich, providing care to a 19-year-old with complex medical difficulties.
Role DetailsThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality care and support to the client, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Developing and implementing activity plans to promote the client's independence and engagement.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on the client's progress and care requirements.
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with children or young adults.
- Excellent communication, observation, and written skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Access to a car for transport (advantageous).
- A salary range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities, including apprenticeship schemes and paid eLearning.
