As a Residential Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in helping these individuals develop their emotional and social needs, build positive relationships, and enhance their independence skills.

You will work closely with our experienced teams to deliver personalized care and support, using your skills and experience to make a positive impact on the lives of the children and young people you work with. Our teams work across the whole week, including weekends and bank holidays, and may include unsociable hours, night work, sleep ins, and being part of the on-call rota system.

We offer a competitive salary of £10.59 per hour (Grade E), plus sleep in allowances, weekend and bank holiday enhancements. If you are passionate about working with children and young people with disabilities and want to make a real difference, please apply.
