Ambulance Youth Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Youth Team as a Youth Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our Youth Unit, including planning and delivering activities, mentoring, and coaching young people.
You will work closely with our Welcome Team to ensure a smooth induction process for new volunteers and contribute to the ongoing development of our team, including training and quality assurance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of young people.
Salary: £12-15 per hour (dependent on experience)
What You Will Do- Support the development of our Youth Unit, including planning and delivering activities, mentoring, and coaching young people
- Work closely with our Welcome Team to ensure a smooth induction process for new volunteers
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our team, including training and quality assurance
