Personal Care Advocate

About this role, you will be supporting a young woman with a disability in her daily activities, helping her to maintain her independence and live a fulfilling life. As a Live-in Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including bowel care, nutritional needs, and health requirements throughout the day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care and meal support to ensure the well-being of our customer.
- Driving the mobility car to transport her to social activities and daily outings.
- Encouraging independence by supporting her in making choices and decisions, and leading an active life.
- Caring for her pet chinchilla.
- Supporting her health-related needs, including the use of a gantry hoist.
