Job Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet clients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting teamwork and mutual respect.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Have a good understanding of IT systems and software, including scheduling and documentation tools.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50 per hour, paid mileage and travel time between clients, and a Company Pension scheme.
