Care Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a Care Support Assistant, you will provide essential care and support services to individuals with complex needs.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing care and support services to individuals with complex needs, including social and emotional support, personal care assistance, and help with daily activities. You will work closely with our team to develop person-centred plans that promote independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Compassionate and empathetic approach;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Previous experience supporting adults in care settings or communities (training provided);
  • Basic computer skills;
  • A car driver preferred but not essential.

Benefits:

  • Estimated hourly rate of £11.44, based on the cost of living in Norfolk, NR10;
