Job Title: Asylum Seeker Youth Program Manager

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to manage our Asylum Seeker Youth Program. As the Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of services to young people aged 11-25 who are seeking asylum or have refugee status.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of youth group sessions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the wellbeing and self-esteem of young people.
  • Work with staff and activity providers to deliver sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing youth programs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with young people and staff.
  • Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.
