Are you a driven and ambitious graduate looking to kickstart your career in management? Rentokil Specialist Hygiene UK is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Thetford branch as a Graduate Management Program Associate.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to embark on a comprehensive 12-month training program, gaining hands-on experience in technical, sales, and management skills. As a Graduate Management Program Associate, you will be responsible for delivering essential hygiene services to clients, responding to emergency needs, and providing expert advice and professional service.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £27,986 per annum, increasing to £28,135 after training, with bonuses and commission opportunities (OTE up to £32,000)
  • Relocation support of up to £5,000 for those moving over 2 hours away
  • A full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (40 hour week) with opportunities for overtime and increased earnings
  • Industry-leading training, including Level 1 and 2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification
  • Career progression opportunities after completing the first year, allowing you to choose your path as a Supervisor or Sales Consultant
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or BA in Management, Hospitality, Logistics, or Environmental Health
  • A full UK driving license
  • Strong work ethic and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to meet business needs
  • The willingness to undergo a DBS check
