Company Overview:

They are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a challenging project as Interim People Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the client's management team to drive organisational change and implement new HR systems.

Job Description:
This role is focused on leading a small team in the implementation of new HR systems, restructuring the HR department, and developing best practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR departments and team management, established HR experience, and a deep understanding of HR best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review job descriptions and manage expectations within the HR function* Restructure the HR team and establish effective reporting lines* Implement a new grading structure to attract top talent* Develop best practices and implement new HR systems*

Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing HR departments and team management* Established HR experience and understanding of HR best practice* Ability to implement change and drive organisational development* Strong communication and interpersonal skills*
