As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing level 2 server, network, and desktop technical support. You will diagnose customer issues, provide first-time fixes, and escalate problems as required. You will also be responsible for achieving agreed service levels and ensuring that all tickets are analysed for urgency and impact.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience within the IT sector, specifically in a customer-facing role. You will also need to possess GCSE Maths and English qualifications. Additionally, you will require either an active DBS Enhanced Clearance or a clean record to obtain one.

You will be working on-site, just outside of Tuckswood, and will be expected to install, configure, and troubleshoot various technologies, including MS Windows desktop platforms, Apple Mobile technologies, and Microsoft Exchange and Windows Server platforms.
