We are seeking an experienced professional to drive forward high-quality practice and ensure excellent outcomes for children and young people in our county.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a vision and core principles for practice in Norfolk, overseeing the design and delivery of a practice development offer to teams across Children’s Services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of social care innovation, creating conditions for learning and practice development to thrive.

You will also provide professional leadership, guidance, and development for social work and social care across the children’s system as the Principal Social Worker for Children’s Services.

Salary: £64,089 - £71,512 per annum
